Google review 5/12/2026I was house sitting for my parents in Clear Lake and noticed water leaking from one of the vents. Turns out the AC drain line was clogged. Called Spears AC and Heating and they came out to the house the same day. The tech cleared the clog, flushed everything out, and had it running perfect again pretty quick. No hassle, fair price, and they were really nice about it. I’d definitely recommend Spears AC and Heating

Google review 5/12/2026We just bought our first house in Seabrook and the AC was acting up right away. It would run but barely blow cold air. We called Spears AC and Heating and they came out to our house the same day. The tech checked everything quick and told us it was a bad capacitor. He swapped it out in like 10 minutes and the AC was blowing ice cold again. Super fast and the price was fair. We’re really happy with how they handled it and would definitely recommend Spears to anyone.
