Google review 11/9/2015I came home to find that the upstairs unit wasn't running at all. It was close to 8:00 pm and my toddler was beyond ready for bed. Unfortunately, in the midst of summer, it was over 80 degrees upstairs and in no condition for sleeping. I called and Steve was at my house within 30 minutes and has the unit running in no time. To top it off, he only charged me for a regular trip since it was only a broken fuse. He did a great job and was honest!

Google review 6/23/2015Awesome experience! I screwed something up while installing a digital thermostat which left me without AC in the middle of the night. I called Spears and he attempted to coach me through the problem over the phone. After no success, he came out to my house and resolved the problem within minutes. He was extremely responsive and helpful.
