Awesome experience! I screwed something up while installing a digital thermostat which left me without AC in the middle of the night. I called Spears and he attempted to coach me through the problem over the phone. After no success, he came out to my house and resolved the problem within minutes. He was extremely responsive and helpful.

One of the best AC companies around!! Incredibly responsive and prompt and his prices are excellent. I have owned many homes and Spears AC has handled all of them. Spears definitely deserves an A++++ rating.

Had water dripping from my indoor unit in Seabrook and didn’t want it ruining the ceiling. Called Spears AC and they sent someone out the next morning. Tech cleared a clogged drain line, showed me what caused it, and even cleaned up the water. No big sales pitch, just got it fixed. Felt like they actually cared about keeping the problem from coming back. Solid experience.

Had Spears AC come out for a routine maintenance visit a few weeks back and I’m really happy I did. The tech went through the whole system, cleaned things up, and pointed out a worn contactor that was about to give me trouble. My AC just quit on one of the hotter afternoons last month and I was starting to panic with the house warming up fast. Called Spears AC and they actually got someone out the same day, which I didn’t expect. The tech checked everything and said it was a bad capacitor. He had the part with him, swapped it out, and had the system running again in less than an hour. No crazy markup or trying to talk me into a new unit.
