Google Review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough good things about Spears AC & Heating and Steve Spears. He truly went above and beyond to help me get my AC situation resolved, and I am so grateful that I was referred to him. I currently rent my house out, and both of my AC units stopped working. Unfortunately, one of the units ultimately needed to be replaced. I initially went through my home warranty company, thinking that was the best route. Instead, it turned into a complete nightmare. They sent an AC company out that did very little, collected the service fee I was required to pay, and then closed the claim, stating that the issue was plumbing-related rather than an AC issue. I was left frustrated, stressed, and unsure of what to do next. Thankfully, my plumber, Fabian Gonzales, Master Plumber and owner of Priceless Plumbing, referred me to Steve at Spears AC & Heating. That referral made all the difference! Steve took what had become a very stressful situation and turned it into something I could actually manage. He was honest, fair, responsive, and genuinely took the time to help me understand what was going on and what my options were. His pricing was reasonable, and I never felt like he was trying to take advantage of the situation or sell me something I didn’t need. My realtor has also worked with Steve and had nothing but great things to say about him, which gave me even more confidence that I had found the right person to handle the job. As a homeowner who rents out my property, having an HVAC company I can trust is extremely important. After dealing with the home warranty company and feeling like the process was more about protecting the warranty company than helping the customer, working directly with Steve was a breath of fresh air. We need more businesses like Spears AC & Heating—businesses that are honest, fair, knowledgeable, and actually care about their customers. Steve didn’t just fix an AC problem; he helped take a huge amount of stress off my shoulders during a situation that was already financially and emotionally overwhelming. I am extremely grateful to Fabian for the referral and to Steve for going above and beyond to help me. Spears AC & Heating will absolutely be my go-to HVAC company moving forward, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs AC repair, service, or replacement. Steve and his team are amazing. They have helped us out so many times over the years! Tonight Steve even helped us out after hours so we could get our AC back running so we didn’t have to sleep in a hot house. They are the best and highly recommend!!!!

For the last 16 years Spears Ac and heating is my company. The sales and after sales service is excellent just replaced all units after 16 years and unbelievable his price was way cheaper then the next competitor. Thanks Steve for of such good service and help

Steve was prompt, friendly, honest, fair & very informative of what was /was not wrong with my AC System. Compared to some other companies I got estimates from, that I felt were trying to Upsale me for a system I didn’t need. I’d definitely recommend & do business with Steve again.

Had Spears AC & Heating come out to our house in Seabrook to replace a bad condenser fan motor. They got it fixed quickly, the price was fair, and the AC has been running great ever since. Definitely recommend them.

Thermostat was going haywire here in League City — house would freeze at night then get warm during the day. I fiddled with it for a bit but finally called Spears. Tech came out, checked the wiring, said the old one was shot, and put a new one in quick. Showed me how to program it. Temps stay right where I set them now. Price was fair and no upsell. Pretty easy fix.
