Google review 7/4/2026AC was leaking water inside the house here in Webster. Put a bucket under it but it kept happening. Called Spears AC and Heating and they came out the same day. Tech found the drain line was clogged, cleaned it out, and flushed everything. Told me to pour some vinegar in there once a month to keep it clear. Didn’t take long and the leaking stopped. Price was decent. No trying to sell me extra stuff. Glad I called them.

Google review 7/2/2026AC stopped blowing cold air out of nowhere here in Clear Lake. It was running but just warm air. Called Spears and they got someone out the same day. Turned out the capacitor was bad. Guy had the part with him and swapped it in like 20 minutes. Showed me the old one and kept it simple. Price was fair and it’s cooling good again. Didn’t try to sell me anything extra. Glad it was an easy fix.

Google review 7/2/2026I called Steve about 8 o’clock this morning looking to have somebody come out to look at my AC unit on the outside of my house, he asked the symptoms I was having. I explained it to him. He told me it was likely the capacitor and that he can get someone out to me later on in the day. He didn’t need to tell me that and being that I’m a bit handy, I went out to the store bought a new capacitor replaced it and now the AC is working perfectly. Steve didn’t need to give me that information but he did and it allowed me to save some money so I’m leaving a five star review and if there’s any other issues with my air-conditioning unit, steve will be the first guy I call! Google review 6/30/2026Our old AC was shot and the house wasn’t staying cool here in Clear Lake. Got quotes from a few places and went with Spears AC and Heating. They came out, explained what the full replacement would look like, and scheduled it ASAP. The crew came out did the work clean and had it fully replaced and running by the end of the day. It cools the whole house Way better and way quieter than the old one. Price was decent. And I’m overall Pretty happy with it.

Google review 6/29/2026AC was blowing super weak here in La Marque. Barely any air coming out the vents. Called Spears and they came out a couple days later. Tech said the blower motor was going bad. He had the part, put it in, and it started pushing air like normal again. Didn’t take long. He explained it without making it sound scary. Price was okay and I’m not having any more issues. Would call them again if something else happens.

Google review 6/28/2026AC wouldn’t kick on at all here in La Marque. Kept hearing this clicking sound but nothing happened. I called Spears and they sent someone over pretty fast. Guy checked it out and said the contactor was fried. Had the part on the truck, put it in, and it started right up. Took maybe 30 minutes total. Showed me the old one and kept everything simple. Price was fair and I didn’t get any push to replace bigger stuff. Been working fine since. Glad it was an easy fix.

I called Spears AC and Heating and they got someone over pretty quick. Turned out the motor was shot. Guy had the new one with him, swapped it in under an hour, and tested it. Noise is gone now and it’s cooling good again. He kept it simple, explained what happened, and didn’t try to push me into replacing the whole unit. Price was decent.
